Referring to the recent interview I had with you &
Mr. Risley, I have reported your views to the Committee of creditors of the above firm who are in consultation with
the other creditors, and they are unanimous in their opinion that a continuance of the present conditions under the Liquidators can only lead to a more disastrous position
than at present exists.
They are not acting, or desirous to
